“Gulf Stream” is the first album of the “Surplus” (previously known as "Butterfly") which has been released in May 2014. This album is an Experimental, Ambient, Electronic, IDM Project in 1 CD and 13 tracks. All the tracks are instrumental indeed. This album focuses on creating new atmospheres using different acoustic and electronic instruments, and also field recordings. This album could be a start of a journey from music to sound art, utilizing sonical artistic features and freedom in creation.
It has been released in 100 physical copies in Rasht and Tehran, Iran.
